Madyson is 2
Madyson turned 2 on Monday. Joan made her birthday cake and we went out to the lake to swim and eat cake. Happy Birthday, Mady!

Happy Birthday to Madyson! Why are there three candles on the cake?
Joan is a great cake-maker.
Glenn (in Korea) also asked why 3 candles? Sarah said the extra was for "one to grow on."
Smidge is sitting here with me, and when he saw Mady's cake, he gasped and said, "Oh! Emily would love one of those!" That's a great cake, and such an adorable little girl! Happy second birthday, Madyson!
