Lots of babies; lots of bibs

Two more women had church recently had their babies, and two more are due in the next few weeks. I'm running behind on baby gifts. For awhile I was crocheting lots of blankets and baby bibs, then I had a surplus so I quit. Now I realize that there is no such thing as a surplus of baby gift items. There will always be more babies. Time to get busy again.

Thanks, Tracy and Tammy! The cotton makes my hands ache after awhile, but they're so much fun to make that it's worth it.

I love those bibs. I am going to be a Grandma in about 20 days--do you have a pattern you are willing to share?

Kim, I love making similar bibs. Basically, just cast on 40 stitches on size 6 needles with Peaches 'n Cream or Sugar 'n Cream. Knit in garter stitch until you have 32 ridges. Then, separately, using 10 stitches on each side knit five inches, with a buttonhole after four inches on one side. Hope that helps you get started!
