Socks for Beverly

Amy said that whenever Beverly sees Amy's hand-knit socks, Beverly says she wished she had some, too. So this past week I knit two pairs of socks for Beverly. Amy and the girls will be going to visit Beverly for a week and they will give her the socks for me.

You're such a fast knitter! It would take me a month to knit two pairs of socks, I think, and these are so pretty! I'm sure they will be much appreciated. :0)

No, I'm not that fast - they're knit on US size 3 needles - one is Toasty Toes, and the other is On-Line. They make a fast knit!

That is so nice of you to knit those for her. They are really pretty. Good job! Have you started your March sock yet? I am going to change some things in the pattern. I am going to knit it on size 2 and the heel flap I will keep in pattern. I saw one like it at Knitter's Cottage and liked it, so I am going to give it a try. Hope you are well. Love, Meg

I have started my March sock and today Penny called me with the unfortunate news that it is a very small sock! And I am about three inches into it and have no desire to rip it all out. So I may end up knitting these for Marley or Karin - someone with smaller feet than mine, anyway!

I don't think I could finish two pairs of socks in a week, even using size 3s. Love them!
