Large brown socks


I finished Dad's socks and gave them to him tonight. I had yarn to spare after finishing the pair - thank you, Opal sock yarn! Cast on 72 stitches on US size 2 needles, knit a 9 inch cuff and 9 inch foot.

Next up: two pairs of socks for Mom.

Hi Laura...those look nice, but were probably pretty boring to knit. I knitted a black pair for my sister-in-law and thought it was so boring. I decided to never knit a black pair again. Then when Mom asked for a pair, I had to knit them for her too. They look really good. I know your Dad will enjoy them. 16 more days of school!
