Wool-gathering
Penny and I have "gone fishin' " - except that we're actually wool-gathering. We're in New Mexico enjoying the sights of various sites, and attending a Wool Festival. Be back next week!

somehow, wool seems out of place in New Mexico. So I am eager for you to educate me on what wool is doing in such a hot place. Am I showing my ignorance?

I love New Mexico! So much sky there, and the air feels different. Margo, they raise a lot of sheep in that state.
That stamp is very expressive of the spirit of the place. Have you kept that 34-cent stamp all this time?
