Weekend guest

Maria's son, Joey, is in officer training for the U.S. Army about an hour away from us in Georgia. Yesterday he called and said he had liberty, so we told him to come on and visit us. He arrived last night and spent most of today with us. The girls took him on a walking tour of town this morning. This afternoon the entire family took him out to the lake for a bit.

It was great to see him, and he's promised to come again now that he knows how easy it is to get here.
