Cherry tree - still blooming

Our cherry tree has more blossoms on it now, but is also starting to produce leaves. I don't think we'll get a big, showy profusion of pink loveliness. Our tree is like an elderly woman - not having that girlish beauty anymore, but still allowing observers a glimpse of what she looked like in her youth. I have no idea how old the tree is, but the woman who planted it lived and died many years ago. Her granddaughter died in 2003 at the age of 97. My best guess is that the tree was planted in the early 1900's or late 1800's.
