Best-laid plans
I had big plans for this summer. Thus far, the summer has not gone according to my plan, and it has been delightful!
But I'm thinking planning for one day rather than an entire month or season might be a better idea. So today I plan to:
1. Fold and put away clean laundry.
2. Knit on a dishcloth (for a wedding gift), seam a few mitered square blocks, and seam together a cardigan.
3. Go over once again tomorrow's lesson for the 2 & 3 year old Sunday school class and read a bit in a couple of books I have going.

Hey, that's what I'm doing, Laura!
Folding and putting away clean laundry :)
One-day-at-a-time scheduling works occasionally, but basically I'm a planner/listmaker par excellence and accomplish more that way....
You're still dealing with young chldren.... that spells flexibility.
But you know that.
Hope your day went as planned. Dan is in Colorado, so I plan to do some reading tonight too.
Sounds like a plan! My day will involve lots of laundry, a swim lesson, a doctor visit, and hopefully some knitting and reading as well. Actually, who am I kidding... I always find time for some knitting. ;)
