Top-Down Cardigan

The cardigan is done. All ends have been sewn in, buttons are on, and I wore it Sunday night to test its warmth. Now it's ready to be used on my trip.

I must say that I'll probably knit more cardigans with this pattern. I did enjoy not having any pieces to seam together, and it used less yarn than I thought it would.

How pretty!

I envy your knitting skills now and then. It takes me so long to knit even a little hat, I think I'd be working on a sweater for the rest of my life!

It really looks nice Laura. Must be a great feeling to wear something you made all by yourself.

This is so beautiful, I like the simple classic lines. I have yet to attempt a top down sweater, sounds very complicated, but I am told it is fairly easy.
