I know this is like a bad song that never ends, or a story with no point to it, but I think these are really and truly the last of the pictures from Saturday's tour of homes. The upstairs didn't have a whole lot of decorations, but everyone wanted to see the upper part of the house because only two or three people in town had ever seen it when Mrs. T was still alive, and no one saw it after she died, except her heirs.

Hey,
That round mirror dresser is identical to my grandmother's.
Cindy, we found that in Geneva, NY in a junk store. Best $29 we ever spent!
I like that pointy door! Is it between just those bedrooms or does it go somewhere else?
The pointy door divides Sarah's room from the small hallway that leads to Joan's room. (The upstairs halls form a T-shape, and the crossbar of the T is the hall that leads from Sarah's room to Joan and Marley's room.) Sarah's room has about a dozen doors in it! Seriously, there are 6 doors in her tiny room - AND the roof slopes steeply over her room, so half of her ceiling follows the roof slant - hence the pointy door.
You have a large home with lots of rooms! Nice to see lights strung up. It's so festive and bright on these gloomy, wintry days. I like your Nativity set too. Merry Christmas!
Penguin towels are fun! I just checked out the Dec 9 post of your tour, living room and kitchen! All lovely!
Merry Christmas!
