Travel update
Mom and Dad are in Thessaloniki today. It's afternoon where they are, and the temperature is 102F/39C. (And I was thinking we are hot here at 90F!)

O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You maintain my lot. The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; yes, I have a good inheritance. ~Psalm 16:5,6.

Greece?! Now there's a place I would love to visit!
I was fortunate to travel as a too-young-to-appreciate-it-teen throughout Europe including Amsterdam (Anne Frank's home), England, Paris, Italy (Venice, Florence & Rome).
I'm glad for your parents! Education and travel are both wasted on the young!
I wonder if they have the humidity...seems they would, but maybe not because of breezes coming off the ocean. Our back door neighbors went a couple summers ago and that was their comment...how hot it was. Hope they are having fun.
While we were out at the lake watering all Dad's plants they called! Said they were having a wonderful time - yes, it was hot - and they visited the Philippian jail(?) - Dad got all choked up at that point, and it was difficult to hear him well. Bottom line - they're glad they went on this tour of the early church sites and think everyone should do the same.
Wow! That is hot. It got up to 92 here the past two days and that was bad enough. It's humid too. Yuck.
