"Cottage" progress

Steve and Tom worked a bit this evening and got the bathroom walls ready for Wayne to get the plumbing pipes in.
You can see the enormous shower within the studs ready for sheetrock. (And you can see the dust particles in the air - if there are any, my camera will show them.)

Steve has to be in Birmingham tomorrow, so I'm hoping Tom can finish putting in insulation in the few places missing it so that we have some forward progress. They hope to get the lights and other wiring in place in the bathroom on July 4th.

Then sheetrock will go up in the kitchen and bedroom, and the closets will be built. (That is, Steve will put up the sheetrock and build the closets!)

Little by little...you're getting there! How is it going with the extra kids you have there? Hope you are well. How was your parents' trip? Love, Meg

It will feel like real progress when the sheetrock is installed.
